Community Enhancement Project

 Choosing a piece of art for the city of Enumclaw  

This year Enumclaw Garden Club is working with a local artist to produce nine stainless steel sculptures in different characteristic Elk poses will be placed on the grass open area near the parking lot at the corner of Warner and 410.  

The nine Elk will consist of a small herd, 2 bulls, 4 cows and 3 calves.  The sculptures will be provided with lighting for safety and to discourage vandalism. 

Enumclaw  Garden Club, Community Enhancement Committee has commissioned local  artist, Michael Gould from Black Diamond, to create this Elk herd.  Anticipated completion date is around Thanksgiving this year.

Furnish and Decorate Chrstmas Tree for Senior Center

Trim a Christmas tree and take down tree 

Christmas Social

Collect donations for children, seniors and/or the food bank  

Civic Beautification

Plant flowers at City Hall. Plant pots at Veteran’s Memorial Park and water through summer.  Maintain VFW Hall flowerbeds.  Maintain Senior Center flowerbeds. Create, plant, and maintain a park for Foothills Rails to Trails, at the parking lot trailhead.   

Garden Therapy

Send flowers and cards to members who are ill or who have lost loved ones. 

Memorial plaques inscribed with names of deceased members.
